The brief asked for a Modern, Minimalistic and Natural Aesthetic to allow for a lot of natural light and views to natural surrounds. Functions are arranged in such a way as to utilise views but still provide privacy from surrounding neighbours.
The whole living area and lounge opens up onto the veranda and swimming pool with deck area, taking full advantage of the pleasant Lowveld climate and providing for excellent ventilation and natural cooling of the house.
