HOUSE LE ROUX - GLENTANA

Situated on a site with a very steep slope and strict height restrictions the house was designed in 3 levels.

The first floor level serves as entrance and houses a spacious garage. The Upper-Ground level serves as the owner’s permanent living space and the Lower-Ground level serves as entertainment space and Guest rooms for extended family and friends.

Large windows capture the views, allowing natural light to flood the space and create an ambiance of serenity.

The materials used, such as light wood, raw concrete and stone cladding provides a relaxed beach aesthetic.
