The brief called for the modernisation of an existing family home, new entrance to the house, as well as extension to the verandah.

Due to the climate of the area, the house opens up to the new verandah and a few “outdoor rooms” are created where client can spend time outside and which assist in filtering the harsh sunlight and limiting heat gain to the house.
