HOUSE 1758 – THE REST NATURE ESTATE, NELSPRUIT

The brief asked for an open plan house which took full advantage of the views towards the green belt. The high pitched roofs and open ceilings allows for a lot of natural light to enter the house, while the deep-set verandas assist in keeping the house cooler in the warmer months and promoting an indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

The unique shape of the house, apart from opening up towards the green belt, provides privacy from the road and neighboring houses.
